Have you ever found yourself in a situation wherein you felt that you had to give in to a friend’s wish even if you didn’t feel like doing it because of his persistence ,as well as due to the fact that he’s your friend, and the fact that you care for him no matter what? Well, God is like that with us, and He wants us to know that we can be as persistent with Him as we are with our friends. He wants us to feel at home with Him and know that we can lean on Him in times of need and that we can trust in Him.

I’ve encountered a lot of instances wherein I was desperately in need, financially, and I had nowhere to turn to, except to the Lord. I prayed to the Lord long and hard, and He heard me. He blessed me with huge sums of unemployment checks every week until I found another job.

I’ve gone through numerous car accidents wherein I was supposed to die, but I didn’t die. God answered the prayers of my family and friends.

I’ve heard a lot of miracle stories of people who died and went to heaven and came back. They came back because God kept His promise to the ones who prayed for the person to be healed and given back his life. They were supposed to be judged already, but God gave in.

Most of the time God answers our prayers in ways where we don’t expect to happen. He writes lines in a crooked fashion. Sometimes the answer is found within the suffering itself, but our focus is in the wrong direction, and we just needed to view the whole thing in a new perspective.

The most important thing is for us to believe in God’s great love for us, His divine capacity and His unfaltering ways that always prevail in His time. In doing so, we have to keep in mind that God has a time of His own, and He doesn’t answer prayers based on our time-frame. Nevertheless, believe that our prayers will be answered, and always look at things with a positive outlook, never feeling alone, for God is always with us.

    Hello Jason
Beautiful place and I truly enjoyed your post,God has funny ways of doing things and if we’re not careful we’ll miss His action. For real I’ve learnt that God’s ways are not even close to what we would do LOL! But God knows best and His timing is perfect, our waiting gets hard, but we must not give up. God does answer.
Love you brother and thanks for the hook up.

    • It’s a joy to find people who share the same faith as I have. It’s always better to work as a team than just alone. That way people will believe in God more.
