Reflections From The Bible And Life

The Secret Trail

Genesis 13:2, 5-18; Psalm 15:2-5; Matthew 7:6, 12-14

It’s fun to do take vacations with the family whenever there is a chance. However, the places that are popular which we love to go are often crowded with tourists and people on vacation as well, so we end up not enjoying as much as in places where nobody goes to where we can have the place all to ourselves.

Likewise, in life, there are popular choices that people choose to do, and there are the roads less traveled. Although we have the freedom to choose how we live our lives, where our choices lead us makes a lot of difference. We can follow what is acceptable to many, but its doesn’t always lead us to the path to righteousness, which leads to eternal life. Who we need to follow is God, not man. The Lord’s ways always lead us to the right path, and most often, they are the roads less traveled.

The bible says the road that is wide and easy will always lead to a path of destruction, while the road that is narrow and hard to travel leads to life, and there are only few who find it. Let us be the few lucky ones.
